Working Location: Suntec City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and headhunt top IT and sales professionals, including senior-level hires for both R&D and commercial teams
  • Develop competitive benefits packages and localized HR policies aligned with labor laws
  • Lead performance management and evaluation processes
  • Support organizational change and employee engagement programs
