The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or Business Management with 2-3 years of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $3,500 to $4,200 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in Healthcare / Social Service / Government Setting / MNC preferred.

Now Hiring: HR Business Partner (Contract-to-Perm / Direct Perm)

Work Arrangement: Direct Perm / 3 to 6 Months Contract-to-Permanent
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,200/month
Portfolio: Non-Nursing Business Units

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to provide advisory on HR policies, processes, and employment regulations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Oversee full employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Review and implement HR policies aligned with legislation and organisational values
• Collaborate with leadership to shape an engaging and high-performance work culture

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience ( Healthcare / Social Service / Govt Setting / MNC Exp preferred )
