About the Role:
As a HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between Human Resources and the business side of a company. You will ensure that HR practices align with the overall business strategy, driving organizational change, fostering employee engagement, and building a culture that supports business goals. This will include collaboration with senior leadership, development of HR strategies, and help implement changes while minimizing disruptions.

Workforce Strategy & Transformation:
Partnering to plan for future talent needs, drive organizational change, and cultivate the talent pipeline required to achieve business objectives.
Culture, Performance & Behavior Alignment:
Collaborating to shape a high-performing culture, embed effective performance management, and foster behaviors that directly support strategic outcomes.
Capability Building & Development:
Working with leaders to identify and implement learning and development initiatives that build critical skills and competencies essential for business growth.
Total Rewards & Engagement:
Designing and advising on pay, rewards, and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain key talent, directly impacting engagement and productivity.
Risk Mitigation & Governance:
Guiding on employee relations and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, foster a fair workplace, and mitigate people-related risks that could impact the business.
Organizational Resilience & Crisis Preparedness:
Partnering on crisis management and business continuity planning to protect our people and operations, ensuring minimal disruption to business critical functions.
The ideal candidate is an HR Business Partner with proven experience in proactively using data insights from Excel and Power BI to shape and present actionable business-focused recommendations to management.
