    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor to plant leadership and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a proactive approach to workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and compliance while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with plant leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support operational success. Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Partner with management to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.2. Employee Relations & Labor Management Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, resolving workplace conflicts and grievances. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and union agreements (if applicable). Facilitate disciplinary processes, investigations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Support recruitment efforts for production and management roles, ensuring a skilled and diverse workforce. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop hiring strategies. Oversee onboarding programs to improve new hire integration and retention.4. Learning & Development Identify training needs and implement programs for skill enhancement and leadership development. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and succession planning.5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance reports. Lead initiatives to improve workplace safety and ergonomics in partnership with the EHS team.6. HR Metrics & Continuous Improvement Monitor key HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and productivity, providing insights for business decisions. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives through HR best practices.
