Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as HR & Training Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilites:
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
-Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
-Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
-Provide support to HR team members with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, maintaining employee files, and handling inquiries.
-Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management processes.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR administration.
Requirement:
-Minimum education requirement: Diploma from a local polytechnic.
-Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with team members.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS platforms.
-Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
-Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR) status.
