About The Role

This is an individual contributor role in which you will serve as an HR Technology Analyst.

We are looking for a driven HR Technology Analyst to build, integrate, and maintain a world-class employee-centric HRIS platform. This is a unique opportunity that will enable Kong's rapid growth and support our People strategy. We need a leader who prioritizes the employee experience by making HRIS touchpoints effective, efficient, and easy to use.

You will report to the Director, HR Technology and Analytics, on our People team.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Provide support, guidance, and expertise with the implementation of the Advanced Compensation and Core modules of Workday and any integrations.
  2. Configure compensation eligibility, rules, guidelines (Compensation grade/ranges), and plans for 25+ countries.
  3. Assist in annual and off-cycle compensation processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  4. Ensure the accuracy of employee data when integrating with other systems.
  5. Collaborate with HR to improve user experience for HR transactions and workflows.
  6. Define requirements, implement, and manage core HR Systems.
  7. Develop and deliver training, user guides, and support change management communications.
  8. Assist with compensation reporting and annual audits.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday, including implementation.
  • Workday Pro certification for HCM and Advanced Compensation for global organizations.
  • Experience in Benefits, HCM, and Reporting is a plus.
  • Strong experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Participation or leadership in HR Tech implementations.
  • Customer-obsessed with effective stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Collaborative, passionate, and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Open to working under North American time zones.
