A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead HR Business Process Outsourcing functions. The role involves supervising recruitment, benefits administration, and staff development initiatives. Candidates should possess a diploma in HR or Business and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an HR department.

Basic UP $4500 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team handling HR Business Process Outsourcing functions, including recruitment, internship and scholarship programs, leave and benefits administration, training and events management.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for staff development, performance reviews, and welfare initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and discussions.
Address clients' concerns promptly and maintain high service standards to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma Human Resource Management / Business or related studies
Min. 3 years of Supervisory Experience in HR Department
