Our Client:

• Engineering Industry (Government Sector)

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

• Paya Lebar

• Basic UP $4500 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team handling HR Business Process Outsourcing functions, including recruitment, internship and scholarship programs, leave and benefits administration, training and events management.

• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for staff development, performance reviews, and welfare initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership.

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and discussions.

• Address clients' concerns promptly and maintain high service standards to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Human Resource Management / Business or related studies

• Min. 3 years of Supervisory Experience in HR Department
