A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor. The role involves leading a team in HR Business Process Outsourcing functions, monitoring KPIs, and engaging with clients to ensure high service standards. Candidates should have a diploma in HR management and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the HR department. Basic salary of up to $4500 plus performance bonus is offered.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team handling HR Business Process Outsourcing functions, including recruitment, internship and scholarship programs, leave and benefits administration, training and events management.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for staff development, performance reviews, and welfare initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and discussions.
Address clients' concerns promptly and maintain high service standards to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma Human Resource Management / Business or related studies
Min. 3 years of Supervisory Experience in HR Department
