A leading company in human resources is looking for an HR Executive for Talent Management until December 2025, subject to extension. The role involves supporting various talent management initiatives through data analytics and program management while ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders.
The Job
It will be a contract role until Dec 2025, subject to extension and conversion.
The individual will be required to work with the Talent management team and support the day to day activities. Includes excel work, coordination for certain HIPO engagement events & support in overall TM deliverables & process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
The Talent
Minimally 2-3 years of HR experience i.e. General HR/Talent Management
Strong Excel skills - good excel understanding & prior experience to be able to do vlookup, pivot, excel analysis. Comfortable with large data management analytics
Strong PowerPoint skills - understanding of the power-point tool & ability to make presentation slides using PowerPoint
Good organizing & coordination skills - ability to manage scheduling, strong follow-up to close tasks, coordination of events/activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Meticulous individual with the ability to multi task & deliver in time
Positive attitude and eager to learn and contribute
