HR Support Executive (Programmes & Events | 6 Months Contract)

About the Role:
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable HR Programmes & Events Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting HR operational tasks, event coordination, and communication efforts across various programmes and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating personnel records and facilitating clearance procedures
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare certificates for participants in HR-related programmes
  • Draft, manage, and track communications with candidates and event attendees
  • Provide on-site and back-end support for events such as interviews, engagement sessions, career fairs, camps, and ceremonies
  • Maintain proper records through e-filing and reorganise digital archives on internal/external platforms

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma, A-Level, or Degree holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or HR support preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-focused, organised, and capable of working under pressure
  • Adaptive to different systems and committed to excellent service delivery

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • May occasionally support Saturday events

Additional Details:

  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Salary: Up to $2,580/month, based on experience
  • Work Location: Depot Road, Singapore
