Full spectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation, dormitories and other HR related matters).
Recruitment of foreign workers and liaise with recruitment agencies.
Involve in yearly appraisal exercise and this includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.
Handle MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and update of foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.
Handle foreign workers external trainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.
Prepare monthly reports.
Provide support on initiatives and in any project implementation assigned by Head of Department.
