Job Info:
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + Completion Bonus

Job Scope:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertisements to offer issuance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify role-specific requirements and expectations.

• Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including social media platforms and professional networks, to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Screen resumes, communicate with potential candidates, and assess suitability for open roles.

• Maintain consistent and transparent updates with hiring managers on sourcing progress.

• Deliver timely reports on sourcing activities and outcomes, ensuring alignment with hiring goals.

• Monitor recruitment performance to meet hiring targets, emphasizing quality and speed of placements.

• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Suggest enhancements to sourcing methods and candidate engagement approaches.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
