We're looking for an HR Executive who can be the heartbeat of our organization by owning and managing all HR functions with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.Job Overview:As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement & culture, HR operations & generalist support. You will play a vital role in shaping the HR function of our startup and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:- Source, screen, and interview candidates across departments.- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and hiring needs.- Manage job postings on various portals and social platforms.- Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs.2. Employee Lifecycle Management:- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full-and-final settlements.- Develop and maintain HR policies in alignment with company goals.- Ensure timely processing of salary and reimbursements.3. Performance Management:- Drive periodic goal-setting and appraisal processes.- Maintain performance records and support managers with performance reviews.4. Employee Engagement & Culture:- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.- Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to foster transparent communication.- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.5.
