HR Specialist (Learning & Development / Engineering) – $6000+AWS+VB (ID: 668381)

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning and development needs, implement learning strategies or programs to enhance employee skills/capabilities
• Perform learning needs analysis & design learning plans to address/bridge skill gaps across various employee groups
• Contribute to the development of the company’s competency framework
• Evaluate L&D policies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices while ensuring all learning initiatives meet company standards
• Manage entire learning activities, logistics & administration to ensure seamless execution, including prepare learning materials, coordinate learning programs/events
• Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting post-training evaluations, analysing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support the review of job scopes, job evaluations, performance management activities, implementation of high-potential (HIPO) initiatives & leadership development programs

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5-6 years of HR experience in L&D or Orginasation Development
• Possess L&D exposure in Engineering industry will have added advantages
• Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will have added advantages
