Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Data Management, Analytics, and Operation Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This critical role will be responsible for generating insightful HR reports, partnering with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) on new reporting implementations, maintaining HR data, ensuring data quality and manage HR operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making and ensure the integrity of our HR processes.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain employee data in Bitdeer’s human capital management system.
  • Establish HR data governance model to ensure data compliance and quality.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain self-service reporting tools and resources to empower HR stakeholders with access to data.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS to identify and define new data sets required for reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive dashboard and HR Metrics for management review.
  • Manage workpass / visa / permit application and renewal.
  • Manage employee enquiries, administration workflow and personnel files.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.

How you will stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience (typically 1-3 years) in HR reporting, analytics, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, data visualization tools, Excel). Experience with Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.
