Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an HR Generalist to manage full-spectrum HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.

  • Handle onboarding, induction, and offboarding activities.

  • Foster positive employee relations and support performance management.

  • Coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and income tax matters.

  • Oversee government-related HR initiatives, grants, and claims.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Conduct surveys required by MOM or other government agencies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of employee records in HR systems (HQ database and local HR software).

  • Support department and group managers in HR planning.

  • Promote workplace safety and security.

  • Contribute to organizing staff engagement and company events.

  • Provide coverage for the HR & Admin Officer when necessary.

  • Take on ad-hoc HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of solid HR Generalist experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations, including work pass management.

  • Growth-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a people-first mindset.

  • Positive, adaptable, and receptive to change.

  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in an MNC environment is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
