You will be joining a Mega Value Innovator in Entertainment headquartered in Korea, dedicated to enhancing lives and society through the development and provision of high-quality games and content. With a focus on game development, services, investments, and social contributions, our company aims to create and deliver various games and cultural content as global services, adding value to the industry. Our flagship game, CROSSFIRE, is the world's number one online FPT game, boasting over 670 million players from 80 countries and remarkable achievements such as 8 million concurrent users and $10.5 billion in sales revenue since its global launch.We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operation team in Hochiminh, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing the top IT talent in Vietnam to build a pipeline of key future employees. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with HQ HR and senior leadership to define position requirements, craft job descriptions, and enhance the recruitment process. Additionally, you will manage our online presence, collaborate with external agencies, and control the hiring budget in coordination with the Finance Department. You will also play a pivotal role in establishing the HR system for our Vietnamese corporation.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of practical experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruiting is required, along with a university degree in HR, Business, or related fields. You should have a proven track record as a Talent Acquisition specialist in the IT industry, exceptional interviewing skills, and proficiency in English and Korean.
