Job description

Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across various parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop, and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

The ideal applicant will be a permanent resident in APAC, a native speaker (plus English speaker), a problem solver with a moderate level of reporting skills. No travel restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound employee/cross-functional team inquiries, identify needs, process transactions in Workday, Salesforce, and other systems, and escalate issues.
  • Provide reporting on work and escalate issues to Project Managers.
  • Process international exits, transfers, onboarding, leaves, and travel cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and compile process information.
  • Raise risks and issues to Project Management.
  • Gather data and collaborate with employees and cross-functional teams to complete HR processing.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly updates to the management team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for processing needs and client inquiries regarding SLAs; schedule and lead meetings as needed.
  • Oversee the development of process documentation, track changes, and update documentation according to team lead directives.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HR teams, Employee Relations specialists, and other HR Operations teams (Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, Benefits, Immigration, Payroll, Mobility, HRIS).
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations.
  • Preferred: Native speaker and English proficiency required.
  • Japanese or Chinese speaker is a plus (Japanese N2 minimum).
  • Experience with Accenture is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong operations experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs, paired with analytical and problem-solving skills. Process mapping experience is a plus.
