HR Shared Services Assistant (3 months) - GOVT/Entry Level/West #HAO

Salary: up to $2900

Duration: 3 months contract extendable

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Kent Ridge

Job Description:

1. Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
2. Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
3. Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
4. Adhoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Human Resources or similar
