Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to lead and execute the end-to-end scope of HR services across internal teams and external service providers. In this role, you will ensure HR service excellence and alignment to both business and talent priorities. You will be responsible for driving process improvements, enhancing employee experience, and enabling HR operational strategies through data, benchmarking, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of HR services across employee lifecycle processes, ensuring service quality, compliance, and a consistent employee experience.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align delivery to HR strategy and business needs.
Identify improvement opportunities in current HR processes; design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
Use benchmarking data and market best practices to drive continuous enhancement of service delivery models.
Support and drive complex programs or transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Maintain a strong understanding of the business context, applying HR expertise to support strategic talent priorities.
Proactively manage risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Act as a change agent — support the rollout of new HR programs or tools, and help stakeholders navigate change effectively.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience working across both operational and strategic HR projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Solid background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of functions.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and see them through to completion.
Effective at navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and building trusted relationships at all levels.
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and delivery models, preferably in a shared services setup.
Familiarity with performance management, talent processes, and key HR systems/terminologies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Experience working successfully in virtual and global team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Accenture’s business and org structure is a plus.
Exposure to Technology HR services, especially demand/supply planning, is beneficial.
Prior experience leading or supporting employee journey management, talent development, or service design initiatives.
Background in compliance, organizational change, or leadership development will be advantageous.
