Our client is a reputable Japanese company specializing in global logistics solutions. As part of their ongoing Corporate Transformation (CX) journey, they are seeking a Senior HR Executive who is keen to support various HR-related projects over the next 1–2 years. This role offers valuable exposure to initiatives such as performance management, talent development, training, and corporate branding. Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into other corporate functions such as corporate planning, budgeting, or administrative support for expatriate staff. This position is ideal for a junior talent eager to gain broad experience and grow within a dynamic, international business environment.

Reporting to: HR Manager

【 Responsibilities 】
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support the coordination of global talent programs, including talent identification, development, and retention strategies.
- Help organize and manage global training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of equity and belonging.
- Assist in corporate branding efforts, including internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Assist in succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development.
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practice development.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Flexi time arrangement (Starting work anytime from 8:00AM-4:30PM, 8:30AM-5:00PM, 9:30AM-6:00PM or normal hours)

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related
- At least 1-2 years of regional HR experience, with exposure and proven successful projects implementation in talent development, performance management system, training, employee engagement, or similar.
- Keen to temporarily support RHR (Regional Human Resources) functions for 1-2 years, with the flexibility and willingness to rotate into other corporate functions such as administration and corporate planning after gaining a few years of experience in the RHR role.
- Confident and capable of interacting and coordinating with senior stakeholders across the region.
- Willing to travel across the Asia Pacific region (around 2-3 times a year)
- Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS tools).
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Able to start on short notice or 1 month's notice

(Advantageous)
- Prior experience in a multinational, Japanese or matrixed organization is preferred.
- Understanding of Diversity & Inclusion and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives is a bonus.
