As part of their growing HR team, they are now seeking an HR Senior Executive (AVP) to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and personnel records.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR systems (HRIS).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including documentation and benefits enrollment.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and track professional development initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and financial industry HR policies.
  • Assist in HR audits, reporting, and regulatory filings as required.
  • Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and advise on necessary policy updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and financial industry HR regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP) is an advantage.
