An established industry player seeks a skilled HR professional to oversee HR operations and administration in a newly created role. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape HR processes from recruitment to compliance, ensuring a smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in the FMCG sector, and will be responsible for managing employee records, benefits, and training initiatives. Our client is a FMCG company, due to expansion, they are looking for a HR professional with expertise in HR operations and administration. This is a newly created role, and the job title will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment, to onboarding and offboarding.
Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate employee records.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Manage leave administration and employee benefits.
Handle yearly renewals for employees' insurance and medical.
Track required licenses (e.g. BizSafe, food and hygiene) and ensure timely renewals.
Plan and provide learning administration for employees such as coordinate training programs, liaise with external training providers, course registration, track attendance, records maintenance, training bonds, manage grants etc.
Support the implementation of any training and development initiatives.
Handle office administration.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or Logistics.
Strong HR operations and administrative background.
Experience handling work pass applications, MOM regulations, and HR compliance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.
Comfortable working in industrial area.
Those who can start within short notice will be advantageous.
Other Information
Working location: Tanjong Penjuru (company pick up bus at Jurong East MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
Fully work in office arrangement
Entitled to AWS and Performance Bonus
