Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of people operations, partnering with HRBPs, L&D, and Payroll.
• Ensure smooth, reliable, and future-ready HR services.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance, mobility, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate employee records (job history, leave, insurance, transfers, salary progression) and prepare HR documents (contracts, confirmation letters, certificates).
• Handle work pass applications, relocation, immigration, and assignment-related processes (including housing).
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support HRBPs, leadership, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with HRBPs and L&D to ensure effective execution of HR processes and provide HR support.
• Work with Payroll and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Candidate with 4-6 years experience in HR operations is preferred.
