Job description

Objectives of the position:Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for all the employees. This person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices. Will be the Point of Contact for all our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR activities, Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, and Compensation.
  • Assist the team in internal training & development efforts.
  • Assist the team in the creation of HR policies.
  • Manage the Employee Referral Programme.
  • Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment.
  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations via WPOL.
  • Coordinate the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
  • Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee database and Management of the TMS through the HR Infotech.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's transportation operations.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support in the company's CSR activities.
  • Assist in organising town hall and dialogue sessions.
  • Assist in internal & external audits

Requirements:

  • Mini 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Experience managing Blue Collared workmen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with the local labour legislation.
