About the role

We are looking for a talented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team at SMV Marketing Group Pte Ltd, a dynamic and innovative marketing agency. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the continued expansion of our business. What you'll be doing
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising job openings to interviewing and onboarding successful candidates

  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

  3. Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and your own professional network

  4. Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers

  5. Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring all applicants are treated professionally and kept informed throughout the process

  6. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reporting to the HR and management teams

  7. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employer branding and employee retention programs
