A leading HR firm in Singapore is looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee records, and facilitating training programs. Ideal candidates will work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, contributing to a fast-paced team focused on employee development.
Handle full spectrum recruitment and talent acquisition matters
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiations, contract preparation, and onboarding.
• Organize new employee orientation and oversee exit clearance procedures.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare and draft HR-related documents (e.g., appointment, confirmation, increment, and promotion letters).
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Perform general administrative duties, including documentation, filing, and data maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Carry out any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
