A leading company in Singapore is expanding its team and is seeking driven and passionate individuals for a recruitment role. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing business opportunities. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with sales experience.

Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Sales experience is a must, preferably with prior recruitment experience. (Recruitment training will still be provided)
