HR Recruitment Consultant #HHLT

Location: Orchard
Salary: up to $3200 + incentives
Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Find and reach out to potential candidates using a variety of search methods.
2. Assist to oversee phone screening process and interview arrangements with candidates.
3. Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
4. Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
5. Manage and facilitate the candidate selection and assessment processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum degree in any field.
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Enjoy interactions with people.
4. Candidate should come across as positive, confident, and results-oriented.
