You will understand clients’ and candidates’ needs and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include business development to win corporate clients, managing hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and guiding candidates through payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development scope.
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage.
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm, highly initiative and most importantly, passion for people!
• On the job training provided!

Responsibilities

• Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals.
• Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits
