Job description

    As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve sourcing candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and attract top talent. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.In the screening and interviewing phase, you will review resumes and applications to assess candidates" qualifications. Conducting initial phone or video interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers will also be within your scope of work.You will be responsible for drafting and posting job advertisements on multiple job portals and social media platforms as part of job posting and marketing activities. Promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates will also be a crucial aspect of your role.Collaboration with hiring managers and department heads will be essential as you work closely to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborating to enhance the hiring process will also be part of your responsibilities.Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process will be a priority. This will involve timely communication of feedback and status updates to candidates to maintain a positive employer image.In terms of offer and onboarding, you will assist in preparing job offers, salary negotiations, and contract creation. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires will also fall under your purview.Tracking recruitment metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire to measure hiring strategy effectiveness will be an important part of your role. Providing insights and reports on recruitment performance based on these metrics will also be expected.This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting and a total work experience of 1 year. The work location is in person.,
