Adecco is partnering with a leading organisation in the public sector to find a HR Programme & Events Support Executive. This 6-month contract role involves executing HR-related activities, supporting events, and administrative tasks while requires good interpersonal skills and tidiness in detail. The ideal candidate will hold A-Levels or a degree, be adaptable to fast-paced work, and proficient in Microsoft applications. Responsibilities

  • Support HR administrative processes, including the updating of personal records, candidate particulars, and personnel clearance.
  • Prepare and customise certificates for programme and activity participants.
  • Manage communications with HR candidates and programme participants, including drafting emails, sending notifications, and tracking responses.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR events, such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, camps, and ceremonies.
  • Maintain and reorganise e-filing systems and document archives on internal and external platforms.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of HR initiatives and compliance with timelines.

The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading organisation in the public sector. We are looking for a HR Programme & Events Support Executive to assist in the execution of HR-related activities and administrative support.
  • This role will start off as a 6-months contract assignment.
  • Important to note: We are only looking for candidates who are comfortable to start work only in November due to needs of the role.
  • May be required to support HR events on Saturdays
