Job description

HR Planner (Payroll, HR Operations)

9 months maternity cover

Up to $5,500

Responsibilities

Payroll & Budgeting

  • Prepare End-of-Manpower (EOM) projections (scheduled and ad hoc)
  • Maintain and update master tracking files and forecast reports
  • Compute quarterly average EOM rates
  • Provide budget clearance for manpower variation requests and manpower requisition forms (MRFs)
  • Track approved MRFs and their validity for offer and hiring processes

Manpower & HR Operations

  • Coordinate submission and processing of manpower change request forms
  • Update allocation records for new hires
  • Summarize manpower changes for reporting to relevant stakeholders

Procurement & Travel Compliance

  • Review and verify procurement requests (PRs) for budget alignment, fund eligibility, and policy compliance
  • Monitor procurement transactions through ePRS and SAP systems
  • Ensure timely posting of goods receipt (GR), and coordinate item collection and IT setup where required
  • Manage staff travel requests, ensuring adherence to travel policies and budget constraints
  • Support visa and itinerary checks, and guide staff through booking processes

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Review monthly AR aging reports
  • Follow up with internal departments on invoices overdue by more than 90 days
  • Submit updated reports to the AR team for reconciliation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR operations, or budget control
  • Familiarity with SAP, ePRS, or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities will be an added advantage due to requirements of handling multiple internal and external counterparties
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
