Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage the company’s payroll, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll issues that may arise.
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll computation and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll information, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Review and validate timesheets, work hours and attendance records.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and report as required.
  • Create workflow and any process enhancement as and when required.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Generate payroll-related reports for management and audits, implement and monitor internal controls for payroll processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and government paid leave claims.
