Roles & Responsibilities

At SASS (Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd), we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding HR team.

Working alongside our Payroll Team in the Human Resources Department, your duty is to manage Payroll Computations in an operations-driven environment.

If you are a team player who is flexible, willing to take up challenges, performs under pressure and understand the complexities within the aviation sector, we look forward to receiving your application

Job Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet checking and computations

  • Odd clocking checking and computations

  • General payroll computations

  • Insurance administration

  • Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staffs at the end of contract or resignation.

  • Generation of reports for management, finance, billing etc

  • Manage work permit matters

  • Tend to Billings & Claims matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll.

  • Strong understanding of MOM Payroll Computation guidelines

  • Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree holder in related fields.

  • Meticulous and attentive to detail

  • Strong excel and reporting skills

  • Prior experience in TimeSoft is advantageous

  • Singaporeans are welcomed to apply

  • Candidates who can start immediately are preferred
