Job Description

  • Administer and manage employee life cycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in monthly submissions in coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems in compliance with PDPA regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with Singapore’s employment laws (e.g., Employment Act, CPF, MOM guidelines).
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts such as posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries, company policies, and benefits.
  • Support HR audits and internal reporting requirements.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Infotech, SAP or similar platforms).
