A human resources consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Specialist. This role involves calculating employee compensation, managing claims, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinating with payroll vendors. Ideal candidates will hold a HR Management degree and possess strong Excel skills along with attention to detail. Join us to optimize payroll processes and support benefits administration.
Calculate and process employees’ compensation using HRIS software.
Manage claims (dental, medical outpatient, transport).
Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations for wages and tax withholdings.
Prepare and upload monthly payroll data for approval and schedule bank payments.
Handle CPF submissions, NS Claims, Maternity/Childcare Leave Claims, Year-end Tax (IR8A), and IR21 submissions for foreign employees.
Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors and update HRIS employee data timely.
