Position Summary

As a Benefits HR Partner (1 Year Contract), your primary role is to support the development, execution and operationalisation of benefits programs for our client’s APAC wide programs. Reporting to the Sr Director, Compensation & Benefits Partner, APAC, you will collaborate within the C&B team, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant total rewards practices as well as be responsible for the refresh, revamp and update of all our Benefit Communication Platforms.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, regional market knowledge, especially in Benefits, and a passion for operational excellence and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities
Benefits Program Support
  • Oversee and optimize the daily administration of APAC benefits programs, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.
  • Support new benefit projects and initiatives from inception to completion, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Benchmark and assess program competitiveness to ensure offerings remain attractive and aligned with market trends.
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits dashboards, analytical tools, and cost models to support accurate budgeting and strategic planning.
Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Partner with HR Ops and establish clarity and standardisation of roles and responsibilities and program support processes.
  • Partner with HRBPs and HROps to deliver consistent benefit guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of employee communications and training materials related to total rewards.
  • Refresh, revamp and update content on all our Benefit Communication Platforms; Develop Benefit marketing campaigns
  • Design and deliver an exceptional benefits experience for employees, ensuring that benefits content is engaging and informative.
System & Process Optimization
  • Review and maintain Workday compensation and benefits modules and dashboards.
  • Proactively recommend and develop enhancements to tools and processes, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency across all total rewards operations.
Project Participation
  • Actively contribute to regional projects, including M&A due diligence and integration activities, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
  • Support the rollout and execution of global and regional benefits programs within assigned scope, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and maximize employee impact.
Compensation Execution & Support
  • Adhoc support of compensation program operations including but not limited to benchmarking, and survey participation.
Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with an emphasis on Benefits, Finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in benefits practices and program development, with a strong understanding of regional market trends
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Workday, enabling effective data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in video content creation and post-production, supporting engaging and innovative employee communications
  • Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams and working effectively across time zones.
