Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager – HR Operations & Systems (5 months contract) to oversee and enhance our HR processes, systems, and employee service delivery. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring data integrity, optimizing HR systems (e.g., HRIS), and driving efficiency and compliance in HR service delivery. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to maintain smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, transfers, exits) for Asia region.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with external Payroll and benefit vendors.
  • Manage HR audits and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Support HR projects such as policy updates, compliance initiatives, or organizational changes.

HR Systems (HRIS):

  • Serve as the HRIS administrator for HR platform (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) and other platforms such as Dynamics
  • Ensure system data integrity, security, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate regular HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity).
  • Analyse trends in HR data and provide insights for monthly reporting and decision-making.
  • Support internal and external audits through accurate HR data reporting.

Others:

  • Plan and organise monthly Employee Engagement activities with admin team
  • Serve as the Learning Platform (LMS) admin for HR and corporate e-learning catalogues and oversee training records maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in HR operations and HR systems management.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (i.e. SAP would be preferred).
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
