The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to join a Government Agency specialising in R&D!

  • Salary: Up to $2,600 with completion bonus
  • Location: One North
  • Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm

Job Description

  • Oversee and handle staff benefits-related issues, such as calculating leave quotas and managing insurance or transport applications enrollments and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of data in the HR system.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports and statistics to Payroll for payment processing and recovery.
  • Manage external vendors and assess the benefits reports they submit.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance productivity and streamline processes, as well as assist in reviewing SOPs.
  • Propose and implement improvements to workflows, including system upgrades, to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide timely advisory and customer service to colleagues while fostering stronger partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
  • Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
