Job Summary

As a member of the HR Operations SEAO team, you will assist and work closely with the SEAO HR team in Singapore, focusing on HRIS data readiness projects and supporting HR operational excellence across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support data preparation and management for all HRIS-related projects and tasks across assigned fashion brands under the LVMH Fashion Group in SEAO.

  • Assist in system and data integration projects, working closely with various stakeholders to manage project plans and timelines.

  • Provide HR operational, payroll, and reporting support to the SEAO HR team on an ad hoc basis.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, as well as internal policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role with strong experience in Data Analytics/HRIS

  • Meticulous and attention to detail

  • Good time management and Organization Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to changing environment

  • Detail-minded with excellent numerical and analytical skills and good follow through

  • Strong Excel skills with exposure in Power BI is a plus
