Job description

Your Mission

This position is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of programs, events, and administrative processes for the People & Organisation Development Cell. Beyond handling admin tasks, you’ll help shape meaningful employee experiences, improve processes, and bring fresh ideas to how we engage and develop our people.

What To Expect

[Learning & Development Support]

  • Coordinate training program logistics, including scheduling, enrolment, materials, venues, and feedback

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless learning experiences

  • Explore ways to enhance learner touchpoints, digital tools, and administrative workflows

  • Track participation and provide useful insights to support L&D planning

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the LMS including content updates, user support, SCORM uploads, integration with external platforms, and generation of reports for tracking completions.

  • Manage full Day 1 onboarding experience

[Culture & Engagement Initiatives]

  • Support the design and delivery of company-wide engagement events such as Townhalls, festive celebrations, and recognition initiatives

  • Lead the coordination of seasonal goodies and cultural initiatives to boost employee morale and belonging

  • Bring creative ideas to the table—whether it’s refreshing event formats or piloting new ways to connect people

  • Partner with teams across the organization to amplify culture and build shared moments

[Operational & Administrative Support]

  • Oversee key backend processes including invoice parking, budget tracking, PR/PO creation, and vendor coordination

  • Support finance and procurement workflows with accuracy, speed, and room for improvement

  • Identify and recommend ways to streamline or improve operational processes within the POD cell

  • Maintain and organize records, ensuring compliance with audit and company policies

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, L&D coordination, or event management preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple timelines

  • Eager to explore better ways of doing things—curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills; confident working across teams and with vendors

  • A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience with LMS platforms SuccessFactors preferred

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Udemy) is a plus
