Position : HR Operations & Recruitment Support
Working Days : 5 Days Work Week
Working Hours : 10am to 7pm
Working Location : AMK HQ ( Will require to travel to campus )


Job Description
Career Conversion Program Support:

  • Prepare and manage documentation for career conversion programs.

  • Handle follow-up emails and provide regular updates on program progress.

HR Operations Assistance:

  • Assist with various HR operational matters, including the smooth onboarding of new hires and efficient offboarding processes for departing employees.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews and meetings with various internal and external stakeholders.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Support:

  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment cycle, including liaising with relevant department heads to facilitate their new hires.

Project Hiring Documentation:

  • Assist in project-based hiring by updating and maintaining all required documentation as specified for each project.

Any Other Miscellaneous Duties required by Hiring manager.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (or related field/equivalent experience).

  • Entry-level candidates welcome; full training provided.

  • Eager to learn and develop HR skills (Recruitment and Operations).

  • Strong ability to manage various internal stakeholders.

  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
