Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for cleaning staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build pipeline of qualified candidates and verify work authorization per MOM guidelines.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding with documentation, training, and equipment issuance.
  • Process accurate monthly payroll for all staff and maintain attendance records.
  • Manage leave applications ensuring Employment Act compliance.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee HR inquiries and maintain confidential records.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist Director with administrative tasks.

HR Operations Executive (Part-Time)

SuperClean SG, Singapore's fastest-growing technology-enabled cleaning company, is seeking a detailed oriented HR Operations Executive to manage our entire employee lifecycle. This part-time role offers flexibility while making a significant impact on our operations and team of Singapore Citizens/PR and foreign cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for cleaning staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build pipeline of qualified candidates and verify work authorization per MOM guidelines
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding with documentation, training, and equipment issuance

Payroll & Administration

  • Process accurate monthly payroll for all staff and maintain attendance records
  • Manage leave applications ensuring Employment Act compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for employee HR inquiries and maintain confidential records
  • Prepare HR reports and assist Director with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, and Lark platforms
  • Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
