YOUR ROLE

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Executive to join our innovative, fun and dynamic team. You’ll work alongside our talented People Experience (PX) (Operations and Talent Acquisition) team to support administrative functions and to ensure smooth running of PX operations. We are looking for someone who is proactive and strives to contribute to a diverse range of business and administrative functions. Ideally, you are an individual who is resourceful, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, looking for the excitement that comes from working hard - and wants to work with a team that feels the same way. Your work will make a direct impact on our Palowans, so we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up, speak up, and wow us!

WHO YOU ARE:

HR Management

  • Own the full spectrum of HR Operations administrative functions
  • Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documents are properly collated and maintained in personnel files
  • Manage and maintain employee documents and data in Microsoft SharePoint and Leapsome
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, confirmations, renewals, certification letters, and medical insurance
  • Maintain and enhance HR documentation, including policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing, coordinating, and facilitating HR-related discussions (e.g. probation reviews, annual reviews, promotion committees, and exit interviews)
  • Support onboarding processes and employee engagement events/activities
  • Provide HR advisory and support to the business on HR Operations matters
  • Contribute to PX projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall employee experience
  • Developing SOP for HR process
  • Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as required

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Generate and analyze critical HR reports for senior management’s manpower and resource planning
  • Manage MOM reporting requirements with consistently accurate and timely submissions (e.g. Labour Market Survey, Occupational Employment Dataset Survey)
  • Salary market mapping and data analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment supporting HR, Admin or Sales functions
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Resourceful, organized and autonomous, able to work well under pressure and drive tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with exceptional people skills
  • Independent, friendly, easy-going personality with a “get it done” edge
  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs; requires a high degree of judgement
  • Comfortable with making decisions and moving forward with incomplete information
  • Eager to learn attitude and constantly looking for ways to improve how you and others work
  • Bonus to have experience in APAC region (especially in HK)
