Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Good attention to detail, proactive, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Support recruitment, interview coordination, hiring administration, pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, exit clearance, and employee documentation.
• Employee Records & HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, personnel files, HR letters, and lifecycle documentation in compliance with company policies and PDPA.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare: Coordinate staff engagement activities, townhalls, welfare programmes, company events, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• CSR, ESG & Sustainability: Support CSR, ESG, sustainability, wellness, DEI, and community engagement initiatives, including employee participation and related reporting.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate internal and external training programmes, registrations, schedules, attendance, training records, feedback, compliance training, and employee development activities.
• ESG, Audit & Compliance: Coordinate ESG reporting and sustainability platforms such as EcoVadis, ESGpedia, SEDEX, and carbon footprint reporting, as well as ISO, social, and other audit activities.
• Payroll & Attendance Support: Prepare and verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, medical claims, and other payroll-related information.
• HR Benefits & Insurance Administration: Assist with employee insurance renewals, tax filing support, benefits administration, and other employee-related administrative matters.
• Work Pass Administration: Manage and coordinate MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, documentation, expiry monitoring and eligibility.
• HR Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with employees, managers, external agencies, and relevant authorities while ensuring HR processes, documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements are properly maintained.
