Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operation Support professional with 2-5 years of experience in supporting HR Operations. The candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions such as employee data management, payroll, benefits, and more. You will ensure smooth operations as an end user of the HRIS system (experience with using SAP HCM as an end user is preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality of HRIS modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system access for HRIS users, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Collaborate with vendors or third-party system providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations as an end user and backend support (preferably with SAP HCM or established HRIS system).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and how they map to HRIS systems (e.g., Payroll, Benefits Administration, Recruitment).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with HR teams to implement system changes based on business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with HR teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
