Job description

    As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing salary-related functions such as tax calculations, bonuses, incentives, and deductions. Additionally, you will oversee statutory compliance by ensuring adherence to requirements like Provident Fund (PF), Employees" State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and other labor laws. Staying updated on changes in labor laws and coordinating audits and inspections will also be part of your duties.In the realm of recruitment and onboarding, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for different roles within the organization. This involves collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, assessments, and background checks, and managing the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.Employee relations will be a key area where you will act as the primary point of contact for HR-related concerns, support positive employee relations, and provide guidance to managers on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, administering leave records, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.In terms of training and development, you will assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting performance management processes to enhance employee development initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines within the organization.This position is full-time and offers benefits such as health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location for this role is in person, allowing you to actively engage with employees and management to fulfill the responsibilities of an HR Operations Specialist effectively.,
