Job Title: HR Onboarding Specialist
Job Location: Downtown Tanjong Pagar, Central Region
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,500 per month
Working days and hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate all work pass-related matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and in charge of onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is responsible for end-to-end processing of work passes, renewals, cancellations, P-file creation and documentation for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process work pass applications for international hires.

  • Liaise with government authorities to ensure the timely submission and approval of work pass applications.

  • Ensure all documents submitted for work pass applications are accurate and compliant with the latest regulations.

  • Track and monitor the status of work pass applications, following up where necessary to avoid delays.

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires

  • Prepare and collect necessary documents, contracts, and onboarding materials

  • Provide side support to the payroll team, including data entry, attendance tracking, and assistance with payroll processing.

  • To raise sales confirmation in system for invoicing purposes.

Requirements:

· Proven 2 years of experience in HR administration, work pass applications, onboarding or a related field.

· Experience with work pass application systems and client servicing in a recruitment setting is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables)

· Possession of a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) certification is a plus.
