Duration: 3 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kent Ridge (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver services provided by the company Group Shared Services in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner. This involves working with various stakeholders to support On/Offboarding and onsite-related activities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing policies, plans, processes, and programmes.
  2. Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to provide value-added HR services and support.
  3. Administer and execute HR functions related to On/Offboarding.
  4. Enhance the onsite experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
  5. Ensure services are delivered in line with company policies and comply with all relevant legislation.
  6. Meet HR activities' service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Maintain HR systems accurately based on established procedures and standards.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, especially in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and handling large data sets.
  • Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
